Formalin

Formaldehyde is an important raw material in the production of many Chemicals. It is commercially available primarily in the form of an aqueous (37-52% wt) solution (Formalin) and in solid form as Para formaldehyde.

 

Sina's formalin is offered in the range of   37-42 wt%  and up to  10 wt% methanol.

Formaldehyde is one of the most versatile chemicals and is employed by chemical and other industries to produce a virtually unlimited number of indispensable products used in daily life such as:

Transportation

With decrease in temp. and/or an increase in concentration, aqueous formaldehyde solutions tend to precipitate, and on the other hand as the temp. increase it tends to form formic acid, therefore an appropriate storage temp must be maintained (e.g. formalin (37%) with 7% methanol must be maintain at min. 25 ºC).

Formalin can be stored and transported in containers made of stainless steel, aluminum, iron containers lined with epoxy resin or plastic, although stainless steel containers are preferred.  

Sina formalin is supplied

A. In 20MT stainless steel road tanker.

B. In 220 Liters HDPE drums

C. Other means of packing such as ISO container or small drums could be arranged based on client's demand.

 

Hexamine

Hexamine is a product of reaction of 6 moles formaldehyde and 4 moles ammonia ((CH2)6 N4)).

Packaging

25 Kg net in pp woven bags with PE liner, one pallet hold 35 bags, 20 pallet, 17.5 MTS stuffed in 1 x 20 FT container.
